Join us for a highly effective & easy to learn method of Qigong (energy Cultivaton) that improves health, well-being & vitality.

Yoga

Create balance in body & mind with our weekly Hatha yoga class, run by Sonia from Bella Concepts . Each class will include breath work, gentle body posture and meditation.

Walkie-Talkie

Join in on our weekly walk around the local area and socialise with other members of the community. 

Advanced Tai Chi

In this class you will learn to combine slow, soft and firm movements that work the body and the mind, enhancing strength and energy.
